As we draw closer to November 2023 Stage1 settlement, we would like to give you another settlement & construction update of TRIO Box Hill.

We are pleased to announce that construction has been progressing well with head contractor Hickory. Tower 1 (38 Storey) just been recently topped out in middle July.

1.The current construction achievement：

• All Cores & Floor slabs have been completed;
• Apartment Services rough-in to Tower 1 – L29, Tower 2 – Complete and Tower 3 – L27
• Plasterboard walls commenced on Tower1 – L29, Tower 2 – Complete and Tower 3 – L24
• Joinery installation commenced up to Tower 1 – L15, Tower 2 – L16 and Tower 3 – L16

2.The changes we will see in the next 3 months’ time:

• Façade complete to all towers
• Lifts operational and alimak’s removed
• Internal fit out works underway
• Lobbies through podium to towers complete
