To meet the uninterrupted growing demand for childcare centres in Box Hill, TRIO plans to build a world-class childcare for children with most intimate care and qualified education provided. The childcare will occupy the whole 5th – 6th level of TRIO Tower 2 (Senior Living). The basement provides 22 car-parking spaces and more than 1050 square meters of indoor and outdoor spaces to accompany the healthy and happy growth of children. Parents can make full use of the generous onsite childcare facilities with up to 100 precious places reserved exclusively for residents as priority. This service is designed to alleviate some of the stress from raising a family, and to help ensure that all the children at Trio having every opportunity to thrive.

It aims to provide high-quality education and considerate services, advocating experiential learning, delivering love and care, and accompanying every child’s growth.
Security System
The safety of the children and parents are always our first priority, so childcare features sophisticated security systems and exclusive access control systems. CCTV monitoring equipment will be installed in the car park and the Tower lobby & all lifts, along with 2-3 layers of password locks installed at the ISA Science childcare centre entrances.

Trio childcare is located on the 5th and 6th levels of Tower 2 (Senior Living Tower). This tower is mainly designed for elder residents and their children to enjoy family time when the parents need assistances. With 6 levels of podium retail space and a carefully designed outdoor kids playground on level 6, it also ensures that children can grow up with adequate activity space and exclusive convenience in a warm and quiet TRIO community. Occupying two floors of Tower 2, the childcare centre contains an activity space of 580 square meters, with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows integrated to bring infinite warmth, the abundance of natural light and breathtaking scenery to children. The childcare provides customised floorplans and interior design services to make sure that the childcare has a tailored layout based on your preference, fully accommodating children from 6 months to 6 years old.
Exclusive Car Park
Trio childcare has allocated 22 underground parking spaces, including 11 staff parking spaces which are reserved specifically for childcare parents. The basement car park elevators go directly to the childcare centre levels.
