On the 2nd of June, CBD Development Group held the Tower 3 topping-out event.
The event commenced with a speech by Mr. Chen Guojing, director of CBD Development Group. In his address, Mr. Chen first expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the builders working tirelessly on the frontlines, the entire staff of the TRIO, and the owners of TRIO. He acknowledged their dedication and contributions. Secondly, he gave full recognition to the outstanding sales achievements accomplished by Austrump Group.
Chen says:” From laying bricks and tiles to soaring high-rise buildings, TRIO is poised to become the tallest, largest, and most comprehensive new landmark in Box Hill. Throughout the process, CBD Group and the Hickory team have upheld a meticulous and refined approach, transforming TRIO from mere blueprints into a skyscraper. Eastern Health has provided huge support to help TRIO better connect the Box Hill community.”
To help visualize this efficient process, the event has arranged a sand art performance that will demonstrate the journey from ground brick to magnificent skyscrapers.
At the event, a small surprise was prepared for all the attending guests. All VIP guests present participated in a sand art exhibition, jointly creating a representation of the three towers of TRIO.
This symbolized the glorious topping moment for this city landmark, which embodies the wisdom and sweat of countless people. It not only signifies that Box Hill is entering the era of TRIO, a significant milestone towards a prosperous future, but also marks the official countdown to the completion of TRIO.
